The North Portland Wellness Center offers Acupuncture + Herbal Medicine, Chiropractic Care and Therapeutic Massage for the whole family. Founded and managed by partners Dr. Annabelle Snow, LAc and Dr. Lili Scott, LAc, the clinic has been serving our community since 2006.
We specialize in injury treatment, auto accidents, acute + chronic pain, stress-related conditions, family health + wellness including fertility, pregnancy and pediatric care. We accept most major insurance plans including motor vehicle and work injury claims. We’re open until 7pm Monday-Thursday, and open both Friday and Saturday.
We typically practice out of a beautiful renovated 4 square home on N Vancouver Avenue and Alberta Street, but due to a clinic fire in June 2025, we are temporarily located on NE MLK as our clinic building goes through a complete rebuild.

Hi, there! I’m claire and I offer home-based acupuncture treatment to help you heal from gender-affirming surgery. My goal is to deliver thoughtful, nourishing and affirmative care to you in the comfort of your home as you recover.
Acupuncture can be an immensely beneficial tool to support the physical and emotional aspects of undergoing surgery. Receiving acupuncture every day for the first ten days post-surgery can be the difference between a hard recovery and a more easeful one. It is a safe, gentle and effective treatment and can be incredibly powerful.
